Sam from Eyes On It kept his “eyes” on my home while I was away for an extended period over the summer, and I recommend him and Eyes On It highly. Not only were the services performed as agreed, including all of the visits and the detailed and thorough reports (which were provided immediately), Sam and his team were professional, considerate, and courteous throughout. Luckily my place suffered nothing more than a power outage from Hurricane Ian, however on his first visit after the hurricane Sam promptly alerted me to some water leakage from the air conditioner, allowing me to have it addressed right away. (Even though the water was off for the duration, the AC unit was running and caused the leak. The problem is very common, and can cause damage if not mitigated right away, so having “eyes on” made a big difference for me.) I must also mention that although Sam and his team were very busy in the wake of Hurricane Ian, he visited my place as soon as humanly possible, and contacted me as soon as communications allowed. This outstanding level of service gave me peace of mind, as I was unable to get back to Naples until two weeks after the storm. Thank you Sam and the team at EOI!
